This little item was crafted from a small slice of live edge Koa that came complete with a built-in heart!  Love the built-ins.  We enhanced this feature by filling it with red-tinted epoxy, and we also added a little black walnut 'peg leg' to the bottom for extra stability.  After that, the entire piece was hand rasped and sanded, and then hand rubbed with a natural oil and urethane finish.  This piece is intended for life on a vanity or dresser, holding little items like perfumes, lotions, nail polishes, and the like.

It measures 15" long x 4" deep x 1 1/2" tall.
